4th EU-China Dialogue on Child Welfare

This three-day workshop will explore the issue of children left behind by migrating parents in the EU and China. The workshop will be part knowledge-sharing exercise, part-dialogue between authorities, practitioners, academics and NGOs interested in issues of child welfare. The aim is to exchange best practice as well as come up with initiatives to improve the fate of children left behind in the EU and China and the work of NGOs and institutions caring for them.
